15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
— In the same condition as received
— Unworn / unused
— With original tags and packaging
— Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:
— The product is defective
— The product is damaged
— You received the wrong item
This allows us to resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
— Customized or personalized products
— Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)
— Personal care items (such as beauty products)
— Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
— Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, the quickest way is to return your current item first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
